Subscribing to updates

Subscribing tells you when something changes so you do not have to keep this page open.

Confirming the address

We send one confirmation message first. Until you follow that link, we do not send incidents, status changes, or maintenance. That is the proof the address is yours.

What you receive after that

One message when a service changes state, one when an incident is opened, one for each update posted against it, and one when it is resolved. Subscribing to maintenance adds a message when planned work is announced.

Stopping

Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Operators can also erase an address from the console.
