Reading the status page
The front page answers one question: is the service working right now?
The summary line
The pill beside All systems is the worst state of any single service. If one service is degraded and everything else is fine, the summary reads degraded — a green summary would be a lie to anyone relying on that one service.
What each state means
- Operational — behaving as promised, within its normal limits.
- Degraded — reachable, but slower or partly broken. Some requests work.
- Down — not usable.
- Maintenance — planned work, announced ahead of time.
Uptime
The strip under Uptime is one cell per UTC day, for 30, 60 or 90 days. Colour is that day's worst recorded state. The percentage is minutes operational divided by minutes in the window.
Feeds and export
The page offers RSS and Atom of the incident history, and a CSV of the same record. Embeddable badges live at /api/v1/badges/{slug}.
